Quincy 370 Two-Stage Air Compressor Pump

The Quincy 370 represents the peak of the QR-25 series, offering maximum durability and air volume. It operates at slow speeds to minimize friction and heat, ensuring a significantly longer service life than standard high-RPM compressors. The unit is fully rebuildable and features a positive displacement oil pump that ensures consistent lubrication to all internal bearings, even under heavy loads.

Key Features

  • Industrial Grade Cast Iron: Features high-tensile cast iron cylinders and heads for superior heat dissipation and structural integrity.

  • Positive Displacement Oil Pump: Provides pressurized oil to the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings, ensuring longevity in 24/7 operations.

  • Oversized Tapered Roller Bearings: Designed to handle high radial and axial loads for increased reliability.

  • Manually Reversible Oil Pump: Allows the pump to be driven in either direction for flexible installation.

  • Individually Bolted Cylinders: Simplifies maintenance by allowing access to internal components without dismantling the entire unit.
